These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Dumonte Ateliers online store and to any purchase you make from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our matcha bowls and sets are handmade and crystal-glazed by our partner ceramics workshop. Because every piece is made by hand, colour, glaze pattern and small details will vary slightly from the photos. Sizes and capacities are approximate.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate. Any applicable taxes and the shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Orders

A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment in full.

Shipping, customs and returns

Orders ship from our partner workshop outside the EU and the US. Delivery times, import duties and taxes are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns, withdrawal and refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.

Care and use

The bowls are food-safe ceramic. Hand wash only, not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave. Ceramics are fragile; handle with care.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
