Thank you for shopping at Dumonte Ateliers. Every bowl is handmade, and we want you to love yours.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To withdraw, email us at dumonteateliers@gmail.com before the 14 days have passed, with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

Returns for all other customers

Customers outside the EU, EEA and UK may request a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at the same email address.

How to return an item

After you contact us, we will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal or return request, unused and in their original packaging. Pack ceramics carefully, as items damaged in return transit cannot be refunded in full.

The cost of returning the item is paid by you, unless the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will refund the full price of the item and the original standard shipping cost to your original payment method within 14 days. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back.

Natural variation

Each bowl is shaped and crystal-glazed by hand, so colour, crystal pattern and small details vary from piece to piece and from the photos. This natural variation is part of a handmade product and is not considered a defect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, including shipping. You do not need to return a broken item.
